Let's Give Jesus A Real Birthday Present

? Have a Joyful Christmas and a Blessed new Year!!!
· May you be filled with Joy unspeakable and full of glory until your feet dance for joy while the trees of the fields clap their hands!
· May you share the joy so that you don’t have to dance alone!
· May the image of Christ be formed in you so that your life literally makes Jesus visible to all who see you.
And one more blessing, May this Christmas Season sharpen your focus on Jesus until the brightness of His image and the Glory of His presence become more real to you than ever before!
I firmly believe God wants to bless us with all the above blessings and more! After all, most of them are straight out of the Bible! I also believe we are ripe for revival, which will include the fulfillment of these blessings.
A bright spot on the horizon— maybe like the cloud Elijah’s servant saw, is the MANHATTAN DECLARATION, which was signed by 150 Catholic, Orthodox, and Evangelical leaders on November 20th. It stipulates the biblical stand Christians take on Life, Marriage, and Freedom of Religion.
?It also pledges that those who signed it will not compromise on these positions and will practice “civil
disobedience” to any laws that infringe on our Christian beliefs and freedoms. Since those 150 original signers, now almost 250,000 new signers have signed it on line. The number of signers are growing every minute and it is easy to read and sign by going to: http://manhattandeclaration.org and clicking on the link to sign up.
This is exciting because it is a sign that Christians are waking up and drawing a line in the sand and telling the devil and his cohorts that we will NEVER COMPROMISE on our Christian faith!
I HOPE AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT TO JESUS, the signers cross the one million mark by Christmas. We are almost 1/4 of the way there and it should gather momentum as more and more Christians sign on and tell others.
But the document they wrote is more than just a declaration. It is a statement of truth that all true Christians believe about life, liberty and the sanctity of marriage. It can be a teaching tool to help educate non Christians and ignorant Christians.
I encourage you to sign the document and then share the link to it with as many of your friends as possible. At this point most of our missionary dollars are coming from the USA. If this nation is destroyed from within, the great missionary movements of the past from this country will come to an end! Missionaries' financial support will dry up and the effort to do missionary work will be strictly hampered.
This means we all need to band together to pray for Revival in America and to do all we can to help make it happen.
I am praying (and believing) for the day that 2 Chron 7:14 will be fulfilled in America and God will “Heal our Land.” I have tried to envision what a Healed America will look like. I think it will include:
1. Prayer back in our public Schools or closing the public education system and replacing it with Christian schools.
2. The Bible and Ten Commandments back in our Schools
3. Removal of all corrupt politicians and government leaders and replacing them with God-fearing men and women who will lead according to God’s Word.
4. Churches on fire for God reaching out to the lost, the poor and needy with real solutions.
5. The militant homosexuals so convicted for their sins that they cry out to God for mercy and transforming grace to re-orient them to natural life stiles.
6. Teenage sex, promiscuity, adultery and all sexual sins become seen as SIN and drastically reduced
7. Morality, Honesty, and Integrity are lauded in all major media as the norm for daily living.
8. A growing Christian Media that takes the place of Hollywood and the liberal media in this country.
9. A U.S. Supreme Court that reverses the decisions of the past 50 years and clearly states that this nation is a Christian Nation and that Jesus Christ is Lord over the United States of America.
10. A drastic reduction in taxes and big government with the extra money in Christian’s pockets going to help missionary work and discipling the nations.
11. America will become energy independent and will stop funding our enemies and the enemies of Jesus Christ.
12. A major missionary movement with thousands of young people signing up to join the Lord’s Army and go to take Jesus to the world.
13. The wealth of the wicked is transferred into the hands of the Christians to use for spreading the Gospel and to lift the plight of humanity around the world.
14. America becomes a beacon (Light House) of Light and Life and Hope and Love to the Nations and bravely declares that Jesus Christ is Lord over this Nation and our blessings are directly the result of His Lordship over us.
Is this vision impossible? If you think so, then you are part of the problem instead of the solution! You have obviously been soaking your head in the negativism of John Darby and C.I. Scofield, and a host of other false prophets who have been predicting the failure of the church!
Jesus said He would build a church that the gates of hell could not prevail against! You need to go back and read the WORD of God not the pessimism of false prophets! For instance
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think,
according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the Church by Jesus Christ, to all
generations, for ever and ever, amen.” Eph 3:20-21
NOW GET THIS: THE CHURCH IS HERE TO STAY and THE CHURCH IS HERE TO WIN and bring
glory to God through Jesus Christ for all generations, for ever and ever by being so filled with the power
of God that it sees and does things that are far beyond anything we could ask or even think!
Now, do you believe revival is impossible?
WAKE UP AND LET'S CHANGE OUR WORLD!
