Gerald Bustin has been in ministry for 43 years. He has served in the capacity of missionary, evangelist, pastor, and currently serves as President and by office serves on the EBM General Board. He has traveled to over 60 countries, he speaks 5 languages, he served 20 years as a missionary to Papua New Guinea. When asked what EBM means to him he replied, "EBM is a vehicle for exalting Jesus, and sharing Him to the world.

Youth Directors

We believe youth are the future of this world. Our goal is to really get Jesus into their hearts and set up a foundation for life. We have been involved in youth ministry for 3 years now and recently my wife and I have been leading here at Open Door Community Church. Our hearts are in everything we do everything we present to these kids we believe in 100%. God changed my life as teenager and I want God to get in these students hearts early so he can go to work. God said go make disciples and with these kids in schools and around young people like themselves it is a perfect chance to create a army of young Christians ready and trained to rise up.

Darla is serving as Sunday school teacher here at Open Door Community Church. She is loved and adored by her kids. She does crafts, puppets, and fun interactive activities that teaches the children about God. She always says " you never know what's going to happen in this Sunday School class". So come bring you kids every Sunday morning at 9:30 A.M

David Lanham

David has been involved in music at a very young age. David came from a very musical family. At age 4 David asked his mom to teach him piano. David learned his first song that day. It sparked something inside David and he craved music. David has taken many years of piano and after he graduated high school he served as a pianist for three years at Chili's After School Coral at "Colinas Del Norte Elementary School in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Since moving to Florida David has been serving as a pianist and worship director for Open Door Community Church as well he is involved in a community choir called "United in Praise".

In children’s church we allow the kids and you to get the best out of the service. We take them and teach them about God in a exciting interactive way. We have snack, we play games, we color and we most importantly are teaching then about why God sent his to earth to die for us . We believe there is not a child to young to learn about the grace of God.
